Can a daughter get a share in fathers property after divorce.

Husband filed divorce on cruelty puts false allegations on me just to protect his father who has misbehaved with me like kissing nd touching bt i have no proof against father in law.husband nd in laws have disinherited husband nd me nd filed divorce. I have 6 months baby girl husband nd his family havnt make any effort to see baby.husband behaviour was very aggressive used to threaten me by hitting himself against wall with knife have cut on arms on himself..i have abusive marriage.only want to save marriage for daughter..bt dont want to go with him ever nd dont want to divorce him..what are my legal rights .he admitted his salary 60 000..i m nt wrking bt educated..want future secure for baby.what r d legal rights of baby on property though his parents disinherited him.just to save property.only 1 yr mrrge..how could i secure my baby future nd dont want to live with him and also dnt want to leave him bcz he spoiled my lyf nd babys too.want to teach him lesson.what should i do

Dear client first file complaint against husband and his family with women cell of police. Then file domestic violence case against them in court. U can also ask share in property in the name of baby. For proper discussion call me

u can give legal notice for restitution of conjugal right to your husband. U can also get maintenance to your baby or permanent alimony from him but only after divorce is granted by the court. Best wish.
