Your husband cannot legally withdraw the FIR or case without your consent or Court approval. It is highly unlikely that a court case can be withdrawn without the knowledge of the person whose finger print is being used for authentication . As legal procedures require due process and verification. If someone attempts to do so , it could be considered a legal offence . This is a serious breach of legal offence . BNS 85/ 351(2) involves serious offences . Your husband cannot legally withdraw the case without your consent . Anyone obtains your finger print for PGRS. They could fraudulently file a withdrawal petition in your name . This is a serious breach of legal process . Acting swiftly is crucial to protect your rights . immediately contact a lawyer and take necessary steps to protect your rights.
