Call recording of wife phone calls can it be used as evidence.

My wife is not loyal to me and my family, I have recorded her conversation with her mom through spy call recorder (App)where she discusses all the things that happen in my house with her mom.They use bad language for us and overall mood of conversation is against us. She gets guidance form her mother that how to behave with me and family and they conspire. She is a liar, not loyal to me bcos of this I have no trust on her, she is not obedient. I have recorded individual conversations with her & her parents where they have lied about their regular phone calls Q1. Can I use those spy call recordings for filing divorce on which ground Q2. Does recording calls of wife, without her knowledge comes under cyber crime. Even if wife is in wrong doings behind my back. Q3. Can I use those call recordings in defense if she files 498A/DV/CRPC 125 etc.or as evidence in seeking divorce
A)Yes according to evidence act you can use it as a evidence in court during the deviore petition filed by either party .
B) it's recording on the phone not getting calls recorded which can not be done with out the permission of the court. So it's legal .
C) yes you can produce it in court as evidence either if you file a divorce petition or in defence . It will help while deciding for alimony and other demands raised during the course of case and a good ground for divorce

Dear u can use these call recordings as an evidence. U can file divorce case on the ground of cruelty on the basis of call recording. If yr wife file cases against like 498 a domestic violence then u can use recording as proof. For any legal help call me

Hi you can use those call recording for filing divorce. Ans for your second Q is no it does not come in cyber crime aleast now there is no such law. Third you use it if she files any civil as well as criminal case against but remember there you something against you and your family everything spoke is not against you.
