I truly understand how painful and frustrating this situation is — especially when you’re standing alone with your child and facing such injustice. Please don’t lose hope. No one is above the law, not even “top-rated” lawyers or officials. If you have genuine proof or even strong circumstantial evidence of bribery, manipulation, or property disposal, we can take firm legal steps: we can File a written complaint to the High Court and ACB, Submit a representation to the Bar Council against the advocates who acted unethically, Seek a transfer of investigation or case monitoring through the High Court for fairness. We can also media or human rights organizations for public attention, simultaneously move legally that holds more weight and credibility. I’ll assist you legally and guide you through every step to ensure your voice is heard and your rights are protected — both for you and your child.

You should immediately file a detailed representation before the Hon’ble High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking transfer of investigation to CBCID or an independent agency citing corruption and manipulation. You may also file a petition under Section 340 CrPC for perjury and tampering of evidence. Simultaneously, lodge a written complaint with the DGP and Women’s Commission enclosing all proof of bias or bribery. Avoid going to media directly until legal protection is secured. Engage an out-of-district or High Court advocate to ensure impartial handling of your matter.
