My cousin loved a boy, but the boy is not at all from a good family. His family planned for a register marriage, and submitted a fake marriage receipt from a marriage hall that marriage happened as per Hindu law, and taken a photo with her in his house and submitted it in register office. my cousin also signed in registration form without knowing these things. but later she realized that, he is not a good guy. she also not lived with him single day. we have a proof from the marriage hall, that that marriage was not happened. do we able to get the marriage as void by applying a case?

Sir, First you have to file a civil original suit before the juristic civil court for dissolution of marriage. Then lodge a complaint before the police station and file the FIR against the boy for U/S 420,406,468,471, IPC.The FIR copy to be included in the civil original suit.
