You can initiate divorce proceedings before the family court Pune. As far as you flat is concerned, or depends upon the kind of ownership you have. If that flat is completely owned by you then it will be difficult for your wife to claim. She can claim right of residence. But again it's a matter of contesting.

Sir,
It's clear that property is purchased out of your income,so she cant claim the share but she can seek Injunction to reside in their if shefile appropriate proceedings. I would just first you seek restitution notice n then file restitution petition n then go for divorce. Further u have not disclosed reason behind her leaving house in order to reply further.
