BIGAMY WITHOUT OBTAINIG DIVORCE FROM FIIRST WIFE

My daughter's divorce case is pending in Ettumanoor Family Court since November 2019. In the meantime, my daughter's husband secretly married another woman and they have two children. We got the birth certificate of one of the children through a secret investigation and it is clearly stated that the father of the child is my daughter's husband. Can I file a bigamy case with this evidence?

hello sir, definately you can file case for bigamy without getting divorce he absolutely done crime you please give complaint in your jurisdiction police station for cheating case and domestic violation under ...if you have kid birth certificate means you can give that as evidence
