Bigamy vs Living together (having birth certificate of second wife's)

Good morning to respected advocates. My husband abandoned me in 3 months and applied divorce after 2 yrs, but now he done 2nd marriage having 1 boy baby, I have birth certificate of that baby. If go to police, they r Telling living. 2nd marriage is done by closed door. How can I prove it as bigamy. Kindly help to applicable criminal proceedings. Is birth certificate is enough to consider them as husb and wife relationship even i can't prove their marriage? Pls clarify and help

hi felix here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, a live in relationship would not constitute a marriage under the Hindu marriage act, and a child born would not establish a bond of marriage, however you can proceed with divorce if you no longer wish to live with a husband who has deserted, you can contact me for further clarifications, thank you...
