Bigamy forced Divorce and Child Custody

I am Hindu. My wife left my house 8 months back with all Jewellery, however left 3 years old boy behind. She has also never took divorce from her previous husband. So my marriage is void, I think, from start. I would like to part ways from this toxic relationship, however keep my son with me. I would appreciate any guidance how to proceed further. Shall I go for annulment by bigamy, or divorce case, or file conjugal rights petition, or divorce on the ground of desertion. Thanks for guidance.
