Bf threatening to marry him or else he will ruin his familyuin her

My friend has been in a relationship of 2 years. But now the boy is acting like a psychopath. The girl doesnt want to marry him but He is forcing her to marry or else he will destroy her family. He is giving him suicidal threats that if the girl won't marry him the results will not be good. What can we do in this case . The boy is psychopath.
