Best way to void marriage or get divorce from boys side.

Do we need a legal approval to run a mental ability test on spouse to void a marriage within 2 months span? If there are no enough reasons to void it how to get divorce if there is no marriage certificate as it was a hindu marriage? How long do we have to wait to file it? What is the best way to file the case from boy's side on a no-fault basis without having to pay any alimony?

file a divorce petition on such ground and when other party asked to prove ur side you can get an order from court to test mental disability.
