what is the benefit or loss if we file domestic violence case with or without CAW cell?
in that you don't have any favour or loss in domestic case case CAW cell complaint in that you can settle the matter with the dowry you have given if your husband is ready to give and after that without any caw cell complaint you can do only divorce and maintenance.
