Been separated for 9 years both kids have been with me. She chose to go to her parents home in Pune. Yet after all these years she’s demanding alimony and money . What should I do.

if your wife is ready to give you divorce you can file divorce by mutual way. if you are willing to cohabit with her we can file for restitution of conjugal rights. And if she does not cohabit with you then you can file for divorce separately.
