If the Court directs production of bank statements, they become part of the judicial record to the extent permitted by the Court. Bank statements filed in court can generally be inspected by the opposite party and their advocates. They may obtain certified copies if permitted. Usually, the court specifies the period for which statements are required. FDs in your mother's name, where she is the primary holder, may require separate consideration depending on ownership and source of funds. Consult your advocate before disclosure.

Yes, if bank statements are filed in court, they are ordinarily available to the Judge as well as the opposite party and their advocate as part of the judicial record. They may obtain certified copies or inspect the record in accordance with the court rules. However, the documents can be used only for the purpose of the case and not for any unlawful misuse. Normally, the court specifies the period for which bank statements are to be produced, or directs filing of statements relevant to the dispute. If you have FDs in your mother's name where she is the primary holder, you may explain the ownership and source of those funds before the court. File complete and truthful disclosures, and if any document contains sensitive personal information, your advocate may request appropriate directions from the court regarding confidentiality where justified.
