Authenticity of marriage if valid or no

I'm in a relationship with a guy who is already married twice and is from Mumbai. First he got court marriage done with a girl in 2009. But within few months they both got separated. They decided to go for divorce but she demanded some money to sign on divorce papers. So he filed 4 restitution of conjugal rights. Second time he got married in registrar's office in 2019 and in church in 2022. He has 2 kids from her. I'm staying with him from June 2021 nd have a baby. Is his second marriage valid?
Dear queriest if he is already married then the second marriage will be not all valid as per law. secondly, if you are in a relationship with him then how and why is he getting married to someone else. to discuss about the same kindly call me.
