this appears to be in execution of the order of maintenance. with respect to warrant of arrest, that can be executed by arresting the judgment debtor and producing him before the court and the court will pass whatever order is necessary. for attachment of property, it has to be seen how the court has ordered attachment of a property which is not in your name.

The best way to secure the property is for your mother to file appropriate application in the court on her behalf claiming to be a necessary party and pray for setting aside of the attachment orders of her property.

Based on the information provided, if the warrant for attachment and arrest was issued over 3 years ago and the police have not executed it, it may be necessary to verify whether the warrant is still in force or has lapsed. Additionally, if the property in question is in your mother's name and you have no legal ownership, then you can file an application before the appropriate court seeking release of the said property from attachment, citing that it belongs to a third party not involved in the proceedings. Furthermore, you may approach the court to recall the warrant of arrest by explaining your situation and compliance or willingness to comply with court directions.

You have mentioned that the property belongs to your mother against which warrants of attachment has been issued by the Court. Than you need to be represented through a lawyer who will make submissions before the court and also file the objections with respect to that. You may seek a detailed legal Consultation and engaged a lawyer
