Assets and liabilities affidavit in maintenance case

What if the wife who is a government bank employee does not disclose all her property assets and investment in the affidavit of assets and liabilities. How can I get her exact property and investment details to challenge her affidavit in court. Can her employer bank or RTI provide me this information and how? Please guide...

Hello Advocate Minakshi Ovhal-Dakhane here. you can apply for RTI in bank they will provide you her bank statement. and you can file application for production of documents in court and ask necessary documents. when court allow application. she have to file documents.
