What if I don't have my wife's property documents to disclose in court.

Well, if your Wife is a Government Servant, then, you can file a RTI to seek details about your Wife's Salary. If she is into Private Employment, you can hire a spy to get her exact Salary and Property details collected. You can parallely request Court to direct your wife to disclose on Affidavit her Statement of Income and Expenditures and get such details verified with the info collected via RTI or Spy .
