Asset & Liability statement in matrimonial cases

Is it compulsory to file asset & liability statement in DV case by husband ?? Is it required to include PF info. also as part of asset ?? Please guide.

498A. Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty.—Whoever, being the husband or the relative of the husband of a woman, subjects such woman to cruelty shall be pun­ished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine. there is formate given in supream court judgment you need to fill all that information which is in that formate in Marathi is also avilable if you not fill those information which is requred then it will goes agents you and that info helps you it clears judge for fixing mentance
