Asking to sign agreement to live together

I am living separately from my husband from last 2 years. Now he is saying make an agreement and sign it that you will not file any cases against me. Is it valid and legal in India? Should I sign it?

Such agreements are not valid in the eyes of law irrespective of you signing it or not. Nobody can legally bind you for not filing any cases. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.
