Arrears if DV not proved , is wife entitled?

Wife with false case got interim maintenance of 15000. However did not prove DV. But dragged case for 9 years. DV dismissed. She is claiming remaining arrears till final date. Is she entitled for get that? Any citations in favor of Husband will help.

Dead Queriest if the DV is dismissed you can use that grounds to cancel your interim maintenance and final too, since she failed to prove so and also no need to pay any arrears till the court orders for the same. Yes, any citations in favor of husband relevant to the case can help you.
