Is there any special law for kadwa patidar samaj to make a divorce on stamp paper and signed before notary and say that the boy has got the divorce and say to some girl marry with me. kindly advice me
There is a customary law prevailing in patidar samaj relating to divorce on legal stamp paper of Rs 100. No need to go for decree of divorce on mutual consent in family court. But it is advisable to obtain a decree of divorce . That can be done without filing 13 b of Hindu Marriage Act. For further clarification contact me via law Rato.

There's no such provisions for divore. Patidars fall under Hindu Marriage Act and have to attain divorce accordingly.
There's a proper proccess which has to be follow and only then divorce can be obtained. It can be easier if such divorce is obtained on mutual consent under section 12 of the act

But you have to take a court decree for validation of your divorce deed for passport and foreign visa.
You can re marriage or registered your second marriage on divorce deed.
