Are phone recordings admissible as evidence in adultery proceedings

06-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have strong adultery proof recorded in phone calls against my spouse. Is that accepted in courts? i have heard that i have to get some certificate to make it genuine. is that true? I want to mention that i did the recording of her phone calls by installing an recorder app.. before that i had read some doubtful text message..so i did recording. In this concern i think i have breach her privacy..so am i guilty for this. but at the same time i had doubt so for getting confirmation i did the recording. is that against me or not? how to present it in court?

You need to get certificate from forensic laboratory for the audio recording you have. Then you can submit that in court of law. Nothing is against you, it will against if you are concealing anything from court. You need to file criminal complaint for adultery in court of law and then you can provide your all evidences at that time.
