Applied divorce and I received summon but summon send to a person help

He applied divorce, summon from court and I received it. But he also sent summon who helped me. Why he involves other person into it? The matter about two of us, why other? What to do to exclude the person from this.

Hi, your husband must have filed for divorce based on adultery. To establish adultery he must have foolproof evidence. As per law you cannot exclude the other person, if you allege adultery. Hope this will help you.
