About Documents & Process What documents do I need to prepare? Can you help me draft the petition properly? Do I need to submit proof of income, marriage, child birth certificate? Will everything be confidential? How long will the entire process take? Can this be done without going to court multiple times?

Judicial separation and child custody both are different things... If you resides at district place than you may file before family court petition for judicial separation along with custody of child application for separation you have Bonafide and sufficient reason why you want separation... for child custody welfare of child is very important and you can better maintain child than opposite party... period is totally depends on pendency of cases before court, opposite party attitude, opposite lawyer, it is not necessary each and every date to attend the case... both parties settled matter by way of compromise
