Application for Additional interim relief in DV case
13-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have filed DV case, at that time I have prayed for X amount as a maintenance for my new born daughter. While practically raising a child, I understood that the expenditure is 3 times that of the initial amount.
My question is can I file application to revised and increased the maintenance amount for my child?
Will could consider my application?
No interim had been passed on my case till now.
