Applicability of sec 494 IPC to Scheduled Tribes (ST)

Sir, I had a marriage on Apr 2021 in Arya samaj temple. I belong to Scheduled Tribes. Does Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 apply to us? Can I be charged under 494 IPC if i have second marriage?
