Appeal in Apex court against HC order

Husband won divorce case in HC on 26 Feb-2024. Wife filled appeal in SC against the HC order on the very first day (8th July ) resuming the court from the long summer vacation started on 20th May. Appeal registered on 5 th August and verified on 9th August . Is this appeal will be considered with in the limitation period of. 90 days .
Well, your Wife will get the benefit of Holidays when the Court was not working during Summer Vacations in calculating Limitation Period for admission of her Appeal in Supreme Court under the concerned provisions of law.
