Please explain your query in detail as it will be easier to answer it. If your mutual Divorce Petition is dismissed, you have the right to file a fresh petition under section 13 B. Exparte decisions are not made in mutual consent divorce. Kindly approch me for complete details.

Dear queriest divorce under section 13B takes duration of 6 months and there is never ex parte order passed by the honorable court, since it is a mutual divorce petition in which both the parties mutually appear, therefore there is no exparte order. for more information about the same kindly call me
