Any provisions in law to protect ailing senior citizen parents

16-Aug-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I am an NRI living in Canada and recently applied divorce from the devil (don't want to call as wife). The devil has filed DV making absolutely baseless allegations against me and my parents. (I think dowry will be coming very shortly) I am fine to undertake the suffering of Indian court cases, maintenance etc and patiently wait to be free from the devil but I am feeling very guilty and sad that my parents are being legally framed and dragged into these issues. Is there a way to protect them?

hi Felix here I can well understand your concern from the query raised , initially you can file for quashing of the dvc case proceedings in the trial court if there no evidences and the case has been made out upon unfounded allegations, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications
