Applied for bail in 498a case , restitution rejected by wife 4 years back stating false reason for impotency , divorce and maintaineance case pending in Delhi , wife filed 498 a case for dowry , session court rejected bail, High court summon given , what will happen if wife doesn't come in 1st summon , will she get attempts even in high court

After your wife receives the summon, she will appear through her advocate. Then either of these can happen, after hearing both sides, the Hon'ble Judge can send your case to mediation for a settlement, or if it appears that you should be given the privileged of bail, you will be granted the same, or in case when prima facie it appears that case is made out, bail could also be cancelled.
