Amendment in MOU after filing for 1st motion

After filing the 1st motion can we amend the terms under MOU?

If the other party does not have any objection then in that case you may amend the mutual consent agreement. There is no bar in renovation of a contract already executed. You can /put your fresh terms/conditions before the Ld. Presiding officer in the proceedings of second motion. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
