Already married woman wants to marry another muslim man. What to do?

One of my (married women) friend who is Non--Muslim want to married with a Muslim boy but her husband not giving divorce her. Now both are want to marry with each other.How they can do.?
you can go for the divorce and say that you are not ready to live with person and after that you have also say that you want any claim from him and thereafter court will decide what will be the issue than you can tell the story thereafter the court give order that go for divorce.
