All alimony in cash before marriage dissolution

My wife has put various false sections on me and my family like 498a, 120, 323, 376, 511 etc. Now her family is asking for hefty amount. We are ready to give that but they want all in cash. I want to ask if we give all money in cash, will it be accepted in court later and if later on they deny that they didn't get any cash from us, then how to deal with this?
you need to sign a settlement, for this you guys need a lawyer to act as mediator and guide you , act on your behalf in settlement. Otherwise in future they can take money and deny too.
