Alimony as i am not working and we want divorce mutually

i am not working.. and aftet 13 years of marriage we want a divorce mutually. but i am not settled in my professiona life. how much Alimony should i ask for.

you can ask for alimony keeping in view the lifestyle and status you have been living in throughout the marriage and status and earning capability of your husband to pay as per your demand.

Since you're ending your marriage with mutual consent, the amount of alimony has to be decided by you both and agreed by your husband. If you ask me, I would suggest an alimony of around Rs. 40,000/- But I'm not the right person to suggest you the alimony amount since things depend upon your husband's salary, your lifestyle and mutual agreement. Once the alimony amount is decided by you both, we can file an uncontested divorce petition before the Family Court If you feel any assistance is needed regarding deciding the alimony amount, let's discuss.
