Agreeing to divorce by husband

My husband has filed for divorce under section 32-A (we belong to schedule tribe) putting false allegations on me for cruelty and adultery. I have denied all allegations in my reply. I want divorce and he just want to harass me by continuing with contested divorce for years. He is not willing for mutual divorce. What can I do for early divorce without accepting the allegations in such case?

hello mam according to your query you can contest this case in family court further more you can file a 498 and domestic violence and 125 maintenance and further more please call me if you are available then I will suggest you what should you do according to your query
