2017 my extramarital affair knows by my wife and another lady after filled ipc 376 base of false promise of marriage. Feb 2018 wife again come with me at home and living happily with me till aug 2021 . After she filled false case made incident 2015 dairy demand , 2017 extramarital affair. 2021 false incident make dawry demand. She is living separately without any reason after 2021 till now. She filled fir recently 498a. Tell me what time limit to fill extra affiar She living more then 2 years

hello sir according to your query you can file for 482 petition in High Court four questing of FIR and its and its create a fabricated document you can file a new FIR against your wife further more query please contact me immediately definitely I will help you according to your query
