After agreeing on certain condition in mutual divorce can wife refuse

HINDUS Filed mutual consent of divorce in a family court. In the agreement property can be settle in a time limit of one mother. Due to lack of times both left from india to their place of job. The date given by family court is on 5.9.16 before that the property can be settle by both. Wife can taken u turn at any time. What is action against her. Let give advise sir

No action can be taken against a wife who has initially consented for mutual divorce application and then suddenly opts out of mutual consent divorce proceedings or agreement thereof.
The problem in mutual consent divorce application is that either of parties can change their mind any time before the decree of divorce is granted. so only patience and intelligence can help in ensuring that all the terms of compromise agreement are complied and divorce decree is awarded by the court.
