AFFIDAVIT BY LANDLORD OF WHERE WIFE LIVING

Sir / Mam , will the affidavit by the landlord- which mentions wife is living with another man as live in relationship for years in his house . What is the validity as court evidence of this document .
If the person wants to proof that his wife was living with another man as living in relationship then the testimony of the landlord accompanied by his/her affidavit will be enough to prove the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

This affidavit is mere a circumstantial evidence… this only won't be sufficient to prove that your wife is living in form of adultery because adultery cannot be proved by direct evidence but you have to show all the circumstantial evidences in this regard ..we need more details please be in touch thank you
