Affair with a married man now denying to take my responsibility

I am a divorcy lady..since my divoce was going i hv been in a relationship with a person who is already married..we are together from last 3years..we use to be physical time to time...bt i dont have any legal prof of our marriage..now that person denied to take any responsibility of me!is there any legal step which i can take against him by law to my dignity ???
