Advice to take further action against husband.

My husband has extra marital affair, further he behaves like a Psycho. Sometimes he has beaten his mother. My mother in law is on last stage of life. And on this stage I could not leave her. I want to left my in-laws when my mother in law is no more. Advice may please given to take next steps for separation. I have two kids.

You have a strong ground for divorce. Try video recording the incident when he beats your mother in law. Also if he is having affair with another girl Try to know the name and address of that girl. You will definitely get divorce. Regards Advocate Rahul Kapoor. expert matrimonial/divorce lawyer
