Advice how to file for divorce in case wife files for dowry case?

My wife and her parents tortured me mentally. Now she is staying with her friend in same city. I planned to send divorce notice to her but she got edited phone recording of my mother talking about jewels her father told he will give before marriage. She cited this reason and went out second time now. Is it fine for me to send divorce notice to her, as i am thinking she can file dowry case with that phone recording?
Hello. There is no legal requirement to issue a legal notice before filing of divorce petition
They may file the cases against you regardless of whether you issue them a lawyer's notice before going to court, or directly go to court.
If they file false cases against you then immediately take bail to avoid being arrested.

Hi... you can file a divoce case on the ground of mental torture but you have to mention the exact reasons in your petition . If you both are agrees for divorce you can file a mutual divorce petition by that you can save money and time
