Adulterous relation of wife with her colleague can I take action

Dear Sir, My spouse has been acute mental disorder well before our marriage and he has been under going several treatments for disorders like Anxiety, depression, OCD, etc. However she is working for a IT MNC Company in NCR. She has been constantly phishing over Facebook, Whats app, and other electronic media since after our marriage on 2012. I have few such (whats app) chat messages with one of her male colleague those are highly adulterous in nature. i too have the picture of that person and his mobile number. please guide how can i lodge a police complaint.
On the basis of adultery you can file for divorce but for that you require evidence. Secondly please tell how many years it has been to your marriage and do you have any child.
