Adoption Processor for Muslim Couple after remarriage

Respected Sir/Ma'am, 1. I'm 32 years old Muslim, After my remarriage my husband ( Muslim) is convinced to adopt my son and my ex-husband (Christen) also ready to follow the adoption. What is process of adoption? 2. We are currently living in UAE all three my son and both of us. what should be the language of this adoption deed? 3. In my divorce decree is giving me full custody of my child.? 4. How much time it will take? 5. I am belonging to Pune Maharashtra Kindly advise.

Adoption petition is filed in family court. If your ex husband is giving you full custody of the child then your current husband can easily adopt. The time taken maybe 2-3 years. The petition has to be filed in pune family court only
