Hi there,
How do I obtain 65B for admission of digital admission. I have call recordings which can be submitted as proof in court. Is a call recording even admissible? How to present the call recording?

If you are one of a party to the conversation and you have recorded the conversation for your security and record the same is legal . The same recordings can be produced in a pen drive before the court by giving 65 B certificate. There is a specific requirement for 65 B certificate, the same can be issued only by the person who has recorded the conversation. Further need to mention that the records I have not tampered with.

yes call recordings are admissible in courts, you can submit the recordings in Pendrive and if you are in possession of Mobile phone through which call recordings are generated then you can prepare and sign certificate yourself describing device details and the call recordings are true and accurate to best of your knowledge.
