Actually I can't afford high price of lawyer plz consent me aleast price who help me and my ex-lawyer cheat me now I want to change my lawyer but she is not giving me NOC so what can I do

Contact the legal aid service authorities. they'll give you panel lawyers. you don't need noc for that. if you can't afford private lawyers, then don't waste your time and resources. just go with the govt option and pray for luck.
