i am in a relationship last 6 year with a boy with different caste. he made a false promise of marriage and many other promises to live with me life time. but now he stating that you are not from my caste so i can not marry you. he is saying that i am going to marry with any other girl because my family not agree for our relationship. I have photos, msgs everything but he is clearly denying for marriage. Due to his this sudden decision I gone to depression and facing many other health issue. This time I have no family support because they think i did wrong. I am from sc category and he is Brahman category. Because of his promise I waited for long time and rejected many boys suggested by my family. this time I am completely helpless. please guide me what to do. I want marry him because he spoiled my whole life. what to do now please suggest.
Legally speaking you can do so many things if you got the photos & messages and the proof that earlier he was interested to marry you. But if you are saying that you want to marry him then just to scare him you can send a notice that you have all the proof and will approach the judiciary if you don’t marry me.

hello client as i can see your issue is really serious in this matter you are having full liberry to file a criminal case against the pwraon who is trying to fool you om the name and pretext of marriage so in that case either he will marry you or he will go to jail and serve sentance in prison.

making a promise to marry is not an offence in India. you cannot do anything in this regard as he didn't do any offence. did he try to bave sexual relation with you on the basis of promise or did he extort money from you on this promise. his family didn't agree but that doesn't make it an offence.

This amounts to a criminal offence and at the first place he was not required to have a relationship with you when he knew he didn’t want to marry you. He has committed an offence of various sections of IPC and he will be prosecuted for the same.

You can file the complaint at concerned police station for the physically using u in the promise of false marriage ..it attracts sec 376 ipc , 406 ipc , 420 etc..but give second thought before u do the same ….
