Abusive, unemployed, cheating husband

21-Dec-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I've been married for 18 years and have a 14 year old son. My husband has always been verbally and emotionally abusive. He was in and out of jobs and never had any stable income. As a result, the family has always survived on my salary. I also purchased the house I lived in. Around two years back, I found out through his phone chats that my husband was having multiple affairs. Since then things have been difficult and he is living with me only for his benefit. I want to separate, please advise.
