2015- filed 498 A (Rajasthan) found false, protest petition dismissed, 2015 (Raj.) 125CRPC filed & withdrawn, Aug- 2018 (Raj.) 498A filed & withdrawn in 2022. 2022- Sec-31 filed Decree granted. section 24 disposed otherwise, Sep-2018 498A 377 filed in Haryana. 1 PW done cross examine deffered 319 moved but got dismissed in 2024. NBW issued against her. 482 High court I filed quashing next date is 10-01-2025

please elaborate your issue as you are saying that 498 A was dismissed and protest petition filed by her was also dismissed then how she filed another 498A along with Section 377 IPC case against you in court of Haryana as it is not maintainable. A person can not file same case time and again. For further issue kindly reach us.

you can move the supreme court of India and go for transfer petition for transferring your case in one single state . that would be the best course of action for you in the present situation. You can contact me for the transfer petition
