ABSENCE FROM FINAL HEARING OF MUTUAL DIVORCE

My wife & myself has filled mutual divorce on June, 2025 under Hindu Marriage Act. The final hearing date has been scheduled on 05-12-25. Now, I have a problem regarding appear on the said date at Court. I have obtained a very good job opportunity at abroad & the joining date is 31-08-25. I can't come back to India this year & it may take to return in India on April, 2026. In this situation, should I accept the Offer letter or not ?

Yes. You should always apply for the job and accept the same, an application can be always preferred before the Learned Judge of the Court, given the same reason and if your wife also accepts then some arrangements can be made.
